By accessing or using Spread Intel, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Spread Intel provides analytics, signals, and opportunity ranking across prediction market venues. The Service is for informational purposes and may change over time.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled.
- Billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including:
- Reverse engineering, scraping at abusive volumes, or unauthorized automation.
- Interfering with system security, uptime, or data integrity.
- Using the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities.
6. Financial Disclaimer
Spread Intel does not provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. All analytics and scores are informational only. You are solely responsible for your trading and risk decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, models, design, branding, and content, is owned by Spread Intel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spread Intel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to trading activity, missed opportunities, or market volatility.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, legal compliance reasons, or operational/security concerns.
